1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luxora online store and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Luxora.

By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age, that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders identified as placed by minors may be cancelled without notice.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Luxora offers a curated selection of consumer technology. All products sold are brand new, sealed, and genuine, sourced from manufacturers or authorized retailers.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We do not hold physical inventory; items are sourced once an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Manufacturer specifications, packaging, and included accessories may change without notice. Product images are provided by manufacturers and are representative; minor variations in appearance are possible.

4. PRICING

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable sales tax where relevant.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to human or technical error.

Where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Luxora reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. We will contact you before taking any action and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

Listing a product at an incorrect price does not oblige Luxora to sell it at that price.

5. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Order Limits

To ensure fair access and prevent fraud, orders are limited to a maximum of 2 units of the same product per customer. Orders exceeding this limit may be reduced or cancelled.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse, reduce, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

- Appear to be placed for commercial resale
- Exceed stated quantity limits
- Show indicators of fraudulent activity
- Cannot be verified against the payment method used
- Are placed for delivery outside our serviced regions
- Contain pricing or product errors

Where we cancel an order for any of these reasons, you receive a full refund.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept credit and debit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout.

Luxora does not receive, store, or have access to your full card details. All payment information is handled directly by our payment processor under their own security standards and privacy terms.

Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed and cleared.

Fraud Prevention

We may request additional verification before processing an order where a transaction appears irregular. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded in full.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, and address responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return eligibility, condition requirements, timeframes, and refund procedures are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. WARRANTY

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty applicable in your region. Luxora is a retailer, not a manufacturer, and does not provide any independent warranty beyond the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty claims arising after our return window are handled directly by the manufacturer. We are glad to help you identify the correct support channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are otherwise supplied without any additional warranty, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxora's total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Luxora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use any product purchased through this site.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- Use this site for any unlawful purpose
- Place fraudulent or speculative orders
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
- Resell products purchased from Luxora as an authorized dealer or imply any such relationship

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any breach of these Terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, and the Luxora name and logo — is the property of Luxora and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Product names, images, trademarks, and logos belonging to manufacturers are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Luxora is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any manufacturer unless expressly stated.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

14. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Luxora is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, carrier failures, manufacturer delays, supply shortages, or failures of telecommunications or payment infrastructure.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxora regarding your use of this site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We aim to resolve every issue directly and fairly. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at luxora.premium.tech@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter with you.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from any purchase shall be governed by the laws applicable at Luxora's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
